My name is Alicia. For 5 years, I worked in customer service, which I loved. It takes skill, knowledge and intuition to get to the heart of what your customer needs — and tenacity to bring it to life. Great mentors taught me that a happy client makes for a successful company. So, providing top-quality service and helping others became my passion.
Now, customer satisfaction is in my DNA.
Last year, I decided to launch my own business — Sweetporium. What a challenging and rewarding process it has been. It took a lot of courage to put my ideas together and make them a reality. Luckily, I have a great support system. And, I look forward to learning and growing from my interactions with my customers. I believe in putting 100% into everything I do. That's the commitment I make to my employees, my customers and my family.
After all, life is about change. My 13-year-old son Blaze who started high school this year, and it has been amazing to watch him grow into a young man, bravely facing change. Helping him navigate his new world gave me the courage to strike out on my own as well — and I am already seeing a few gray hairs!
